We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist who has prior Physical Therapy reception experience to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.
This is a part-time position with competitive pay.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform basic clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents - Utilize computerized systems such as QuickBooks to manage invoices and payments Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment - Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed - Familiarity with computerized systems for managing appointments and records We offer competitive pay for this position.
