You will be responsible for entering customer orders that come in from email and phone calls, assisting customers over the phone, communicating with our delivery drivers to expedite deliveries, and handle issues as they arise.
This individual must have superb communication skills above all.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Strong outgoing personality with superior communication skills and great work ethic.
High Energy.
Data entry and strong organizational skills.
Effective listening and analytical skills, as well as the ability to summarize information and offer solutions.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in the Meat Industry is a plus but not required.
You should be professional and positive and possess a high degree of self-motivation and can work independently on your job.
Must have high energy.
Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Must be able to lift minimum 40lbs.
Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Must have a sense of urgency to work with a deadline.
The Schedule for this position is for Monday to Friday, 10:
00AM to 6PM, and every other Saturday (morning, midday, or afternoon shift).
