Duties - Greet and welcome gym members in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Assist members with sign-up and check-in processes - Provide information about facilities and services - Handle member concerns with patience and professionalism - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence - Light cleaning and organization of general gym area Qualifications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus - Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
